Τι θα κάνεις
- Καταχωρίζεις και επεξεργάζεσαι τιμολόγια προμηθευτών, πιστωτικά σημειώματα και έξοδα εργαζομένων στο SAP ERP.
- Υποστηρίζεις διαδικασίες και συμφωνίες που σχετίζονται με το myDATA σε συνεργασία με το λογιστικό σύστημα.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με άλλα τμήματα, ιδιαίτερα με τους αγοραστές, για την έγκαιρη και ακριβή παραλαβή και επεξεργασία τιμολογίων.
- Ελέγχεις τα δικαιολογητικά τιμολογίων και συμβάλλεις στην επίλυση αποκλίσεων ή ελλιπών στοιχείων.
- Συμφωνείς υπόλοιπα πληρωτέων λογαριασμών και καρτέλες προμηθευτών.
- Υποστηρίζεις την προετοιμασία και επιλογή των τιμολογίων προς πληρωμή.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Λογιστική, βασικές λογιστικές αρχές και Ελληνικά Λογιστικά Πρότυπα
- Διαδικασίες Accounts Payable, επεξεργασία τιμολογίων και έλεγχος δικαιολογητικών τιμολογίων
- SAP ERP και συστήματα ERP
- Συμφωνίες με προμηθευτές και οικονομικές συμφωνίες
- Microsoft Office και Microsoft Excel
- Αγγλικά και myDATA
- Λογιστική / Χρηματοοικονομικά / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
