ar & revenue assistant accountant (1568)

The Assistant Accountant will support the AR & Revenue team in our Accounting Department and will report to the AR & Revenue Manager. 

In detail, our new colleague in this position, along with our team members, will: 

• Work on accounting transactions using SAP 
• Monitor revenues and perform monthly consolidations on various clients (always by using SAP transactions- banking reconciliations—customer balance sheets). 
• Issue invoices, BR, TURNOVER RENT, collecting relevant sales reports 
• Issue events invoices 
• Communicate with clients regarding various financial issues that may arise 
• Comply and work on our Company’s financial policies and regulations 

You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following: 

Education & Qualifications: 

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from Higher (AEI) or High (A.TEI) 
• Ideally, an accounting Signature of Class B and above 
• Excellent command of the English language 

Professional Experience: 

• 2-3 years of working experience in Accounting, preferably in a well organized accounting department, that could be in a Retail, Construction, Real Estate, and/or Financial Services sector. 
• Good knowledge and experience in IFRS and Greek Accounting Standards 
• Good EPR use and ideally, SAP skills 
• Fluency with Microsoft Office | Excel functions

• Ability to communicate and cooperate efficiently with various colleagues within our Company as well as clients 
• Strong written and oral communications skills. 
• Ability to perform in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
