Job Description:
Manage inquiries and orders for FSR services from shipping and ship management companies.
Coordinate vessel inspections, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
Communicate and negotiate with service providers to establish strong partnerships.
Oversee credit control, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
Track vessel certification deadlines and communicate these to clients for compliance.
Expand the maritime portfolio, playing an active role in elevating safety standards within the industry.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry, service coordination, or a related role.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
A team player with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
