- Αναλαμβάνεις πλήρως την ολοκλήρωση των RFQ που σου ανατίθενται.
- Εκτελείς ανάλυση ποιότητας δεδομένων πριν από την τελική υποβολή.
- Διατυπώνεις έγκαιρες και ακριβείς απαντήσεις σε παγκόσμια RFQ.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τύπους bunker και προσαρμογές ναύλων βάσει δείκτη.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ακρίβεια και την πληρότητα των στατιστικών στοιχείων της περιοχής ευθύνης σου.
- Διασφαλίζεις την πληρότητα και την ακρίβεια των στοιχείων στις βάσεις δεδομένων TQT / SeaTender.
- Αναπτύσσεις σύνθετα μοντέλα τιμολόγησης που αποτυπώνουν περιθώρια και συνολική δαπάνη.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Freight forwarding, εισαγωγές και εξαγωγές, ναυτιλιακές μεταφορές LCL και FCL
- Microsoft Excel
- Σύνθετα μοντέλα τιμολόγησης και ανάλυση RFQ
- Ανάλυση ποιότητας δεδομένων και ανάλυση δεδομένων
- Bunker formulas και προσαρμογές ναύλων
- Διασφάλιση ακρίβειας στατιστικών στοιχείων, διαχείριση βάσεων δεδομένων TQT / SeaTender και επικοινωνία στα Αγγλικά
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Ναυτιλιακά και Μεταφορικά / Λογιστική Διαχείριση
