We are now seeking to hire an Accounting & Reporting Specialist based in Athens, kallithea.
What we would like you to bring
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance, or a related field
Excellent skills in accounting software & MS excel
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial record-keeping
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks
Fluency in Greek and English is essential
What's in it for you
Assist in the daily management of accounting functions and maintenance of accurate financial records.
Input & monitor the booking of financial data into accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all entries as per Greek & Corporate accounting standards
Contribute to the preparation of monthly & Ad hoc financial reports - ERP Super user
Contribute to the implementation of Corporate & local guidelines
Perform Monthly & Year end account reconciliations , proper support documentation
Support statutory & tax audits by preparing the necessary documentation and addressing auditor inquiries
Assist in tax fillings preparation
Support MY DATA & E-invoicing projects
Involvement in various accounting projects as per Corporate & local requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information and adhere to ethical standards in all accounting activities.
