• New SAP EWM Development business owner for system management and optimization

• Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluations to foster team growth and engagement

• Oversee order flow from receipt to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Design and implement solutions for improved material and order flow within the distribution center

• Develop strategies to minimize inventory discrepancies and optimize stock levels

• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation

• Work closely with Demand Planning, Distribution, and all Supply Chain teams to synchronize efforts, ensure efficient resource allocation, and support business objectives

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Supply Chain

• Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or related field will be a plus

• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse processes and operations

• Excellent SAP, WMS and business knowledge 

• Strong analytical mind, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks
