• Participation in store renovation planning  

• Planographic compliance audit through digital tools based on our merchandising principles  

• Creation and further development of Merchandising Guidelines & Projects and tools  

• Presentation and training of colleagues in compliance with Merchandising  

• Recording and tracking trends in new ideas and solutions related to the Customer Journey  

• Engagement and optimization of stores' commerciality through digital platforms  

• Communication with teams for the implementation of commercial projects  

• Preparation of store network updates  

• Order invoicing processes through SAP  

• Communication with suppliers of merchandising materials 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  

• Organizational skills with a high sense of teamwork  

• Orientation towards achieving goals  

• Ability to work with deadlines and responsibility  

• Analytical thinking and communication skills (Greek, English)  

• Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset  

• Ability to travel
