💼 Your everyday work-life 

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver cross-company transformation projects from initiation to completion

• Establish and maintain robust project governance, timelines, and reporting frameworks

• Lead stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment on objectives, scope, and success measures

• Manage interdependencies across workstreams and escalate risks/issues where required

• Oversee vendor and partner contributions to ensure contractual and delivery obligations are met

• Adapt delivery approaches to suit project needs, working within Agile practices internally and PMP frameworks cross-group

• Monitor and report progress against key milestones, KPIs, and budgets

• Support change management and communication plans to ensure smooth adoption of outcomes

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 

• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) preferred

• Experience in consulting, PMO, or transformation programs highly desirable

• Solid understanding of both Agile and PMP methodologies

• Experience managing external vendors and ensuring delivery to agreed terms
