💼 Your everyday work-life 

  • Act as a core individual contributor in leading end-to-end warehouse transformation programs across SAP EWM, WMS, automation, innovation, and new Distribution Center (DC) readiness.

  • Own transformation roadmaps, governance, delivery, risk management, benefits realization, and executive reporting.

  • Drive business readiness, operational design, process mapping, testing, cutover, and stabilization for major warehouse initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinating warehouse operations, IT, automation partners, and external vendors.

  • Oversee implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of warehouse systems, automation, and technology solutions.

  • Identify and deliver process improvements focused on standardization, automation, productivity, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Evaluate, pilot, and scale innovative warehouse technologies and data-driven solutions.

  • Lead change management, training, super-user enablement, and adoption of new processes, systems, and operating models.

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

  • BSc/MSc in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years experience in warehouse operations, transformation, logistics technology, or program/project management

  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end processes

  • Proven experience in warehouse transformation or automation projects ( SAP EWM/WMS implementation, automation, or operational excellence initiatives will be considered plus)

  • Experience in supporting testing, training, go-live, and stabilization of warehouse systems and automation solutions

  • Ability to translate warehouse strategy into operating models and implementation plans

  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong Excel/reporting skills; SQL/BI and tools like MS Project or Azure DevOps are an advantage
