- Ηγείσαι δραστηριοτήτων sourcing, συμπεριλαμβανομένων RFIs και RFPs, για έργα Έμμεσων προμηθειών με έμφαση σε απαιτήσεις πληροφορικής
- Αναλύεις και αξιολογείς προτάσεις προμηθευτών με διαφανή κριτήρια και διασφαλίζεις τεκμηρίωση και συμμόρφωση με πολιτικές αγοράς
- Υποστηρίζεις διαπραγματεύσεις με προμηθευτές για βελτίωση εμπορικών όρων, επιπέδων υπηρεσιών και συμβατικών όρων
- Συνεργάζεσαι με επιχειρησιακούς φορείς για κατανόηση αναγκών προμήθειας και έγκαιρη εκτέλεση sourcing
- Διαχειρίζεσαι και διατηρείς ακριβείς πληροφορίες και τεκμηρίωση προμηθευτών ενώ παρακολουθείς την απόδοσή τους
- Υποστηρίζεις τη χρήση εργαλείων και συστημάτων αγορών για βελτίωση της αποδοτικότητας και διαφάνειας
- Διασφαλίζεις την ακριβή αρχειοθέτηση, παρακολούθηση και αναφορά των αγορών σύμφωνα με την εσωτερική διακυβέρνηση και συμμόρφωση
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Γνώση διαδικασιών sourcing, αξιολόγησης προμηθευτών και πολιτικών αγοράς
- Εμπειρία σε έμμεσες προμήθειες και αγορές πληροφορικής
- Διαπραγμάτευση εμπορικών όρων και διαχείριση σχέσεων προμηθευτών
- Χρήση Microsoft Excel και PowerPoint για ανάλυση και παρουσίαση δεδομένων
- Άριστη γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας γραπτής και προφορικής
- Εμπειρία σε εργαλεία και συστήματα αγορών, τεκμηρίωση και συμμόρφωση
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οικονομικά / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Μηχανική / Πληροφορικήκατά προτίμηση

💼 Your everyday work-life
• Lead sourcing activities, including RFIs and RFPs, for Indirect Purchasing projects across Company Directions, with a primary focus on IT-related requirements.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier proposals using transparent criteria, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal purchasing policies and approval procedures.
• Support negotiations with existing and potential suppliers to improve commercial terms, service levels and contractual conditions, contributing to the achievement of savings targets through structured sourcing and benchmarking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand purchasing needs, clarify requirements and ensure the timely execution of sourcing activities.
• Manage and maintain accurate supplier information and documentation, while monitoring supplier performance and addressing issues related to quality, delivery, compliance and service levels.
• Support the effective adoption and use of purchasing tools, systems and technologies to enhance process efficiency, transparency and reporting.
• Ensure accurate filing, tracking and reporting of purchasing activities in line with internal governance, audit and compliance requirements.
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related field will be considered an asset.
Good understanding of sourcing processes, supplier evaluation and purchasing policies.
Experience in Indirect Procurement and/or IT purchasing will be considered an asset.
Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
