• Supervise field operations, including site visits, technician performance, and installation of air conditioning and heating systems.

• Lead project teams to deliver technically accurate and timely mechanical engineering designs and solutions.

• Coordinate with clients and external partners to ensure alignment on project requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

• Provide technical support, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality design and installation processes.

• Manage projects to successful completion—on schedule, within budget, and in line with client expectations.

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 2+ years’ experience in a related field role

• Solid knowledge of HVAC system installation

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills

• Familiar with Health & Safety regulations

• Service-oriented and adaptable mindset

• Good understanding of safety procedures

• Tech-savvy and computer literate
