💼 Your everyday work-life
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and absences and update relevant systems accordingly
Update the database (Success Factor & Pylon) with changes (position, salaries, hiring etc.)
Responsible for timekeeping and digital card
Submit data to Ergani and reporting
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or relevant field
Master’s degree in HR will be a plus
Knowledge of HRM system (Pylon etc.) & Ergani would be an advantage
Strong ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to produce high-quality work in a high-volume
