- Αναπτύσσεις μηνύματα, campaigns και πρωτοβουλίες Employer Brand για προσέλκυση, δέσμευση και διακράτηση ταλέντου.
- Διασφαλίζεις συνεπή παρουσία του Employer Brand σε όλα τα εσωτερικά και εξωτερικά σημεία επαφής.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με HR, διοίκηση, branding και δημιουργικές ομάδες για τη στρατηγική και υλοποίηση του Employer Brand.
- Ηγείσαι πρωτοβουλιών καριέρας, όπως Career Days και εσωτερικές campaigns κουλτούρας.
- Παρακολουθείς τις τάσεις στο Employer Branding, το ταλέντο και την οργανωσιακή κουλτούρα, προτείνοντας νέες ιδέες και βέλτιστες πρακτικές.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 5+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Στρατηγική Employer Brand, Employer brand messaging και Storytelling οργανωσιακής κουλτούρας
- Αρχιτεκτονική brand, Brand equity και Πλαίσια τοποθέτησης brand
- Campaign management, Media rollout και Μέτρηση αποτελεσματικότητας campaigns
- Project management και Επικοινωνία με stakeholders
- Διαχείριση marketing budget και Γραπτή και προφορική επικοινωνία
- Τάσεις στο Employer Branding και Επάρκεια στην Ελληνική και Αγγλική γλώσσα
- Μάρκετινγκ / Επικοινωνίακατά προτίμηση
