- Καθοδηγείς, εκπαιδεύεις και αναπτύσσεις την ομάδα.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ορθή λειτουργία του καταστήματος σύμφωνα με τα εταιρικά πρότυπα.
- Μεγιστοποιείς τις ευκαιρίες πωλήσεων και παρακολουθείς τα KPIs του καταστήματος για την επίτευξη κερδοφορίας.
- Καλλιεργείς πελατοκεντρική κουλτούρα, διασφαλίζοντας υψηλό επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης.
- Συμμετέχεις σε ελέγχους κώδικα, ενισχύοντας την ποιότητα κώδικα και τη συνεργασία της ομάδας.
- Συμβάλλεις στη βελτίωση των διαδικασιών και των εργαλείων ανάπτυξης.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Πωλήσεις λιανικής και λειτουργία καταστήματος λιανικής
- Ανάπτυξη ομάδας και διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού
- Διαχείριση απόδοσης πωλήσεων και παρακολούθηση KPIs
- Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Επικοινωνία και διαπραγμάτευση
- Εξοικείωση με την τεχνολογία
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
