💼 Your everyday work-life

  • Lead a team of 15 Customer Care Agents and Senior Customer Care Agents

  • Lead and inspire a team of customer care agents to deliver excellent levels of individual/team performance and customer satisfaction

  • Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members

  • Use company methodology, team input and own initiative to ensure attendance and retention targets are achieved

  • Monitor team member's performance daily

  • Conduct the "flooring" process (performance monitor, change of duties, breaks, present agents etc)

  • Conduct QAs based on the goal set each month

  • Provide performance feedback to the team members

 

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

  • Minimum 2+ years of team management experience

  • BSc/MSc in Business Management, Economics

  • Familiarity with call center software and tools is a plus

  • Proficiency in English and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
