💼 Your everyday work-life

• Designing and implementing unified contract management policies and procedures within the framework of overall corporate governance

• Drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts in collaboration with the Legal Department and other internal stakeholders

• Monitoring compliance with contractual terms and proactively identifying risks or deviations

• Highlighting issues and disputes arising during contract execution, aiming for effective negotiation and resolution by the responsible stakeholders

• Providing well-founded advisory support to internal teams through the Local Admin Offices regarding procurement and contract matters

• Maintaining organized contract records and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable legislation

🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Economics preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management and Legal Affairs 

• Strong knowledge of legal matters and procedures related to contracts

• Understanding of contract terms and conditions

• Skills in managing multiple stakeholders

• A collaborative mindset and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and organizational skills
