- Παρουσιάζεις και κλείνεις πωλήσεις με αυτοπεποίθηση
- Διαχειρίζεσαι το ταξίδι του πελάτη από την αρχική συμβουλή μέχρι την τελική εγκατάσταση
- Συμβουλεύεις πελάτες για τις επιλογές πληρωμής και διευκολύνεις την έγκαιρη πληρωμή
- Συντονίζεις συνεργασία με εγκαταστάτες, εργολάβους και ομάδες logistics για απρόσκοπτη εκτέλεση
- Διατηρείς επικοινωνία με πελάτες μετά την πώληση για εξασφάλιση ικανοποίησης
- Ενημερώνεσαι για την αγορά, ανταγωνιστές και τάσεις για ανταγωνιστικό πλεονέκτημα
- Συντονίζεις ομάδες και συνεργάτες για ομαλή παράδοση έργου και ικανοποίηση πελατών
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 1+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Σχεδίαση Κουζίνας και Εσωτερικός Σχεδιασμός
- Χρήση Λογισμικού Σχεδίασης όπως TriCAD και ArchiCAD
- Δεξιότητες Ψηφιακής Τεχνολογίας
- Διαχείριση Customer Journey και Επικοινωνία με Πελάτη μετά την Πώληση
- Συντονισμός Έργου και Συνεργασία με Παρόχους Υπηρεσιών
- Διαχείριση Πληρωμών και Ενημέρωση Αγοράς
- Kitchen and Interior Design
