- Αναλύεις σύνθετες διαδικασίες και ταξίδια πελατών, εντοπίζοντας κενά, κινδύνους και ευκαιρίες βελτίωσης
- Μεταφράζεις τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες σε σαφείς, καλά δομημένες απαιτήσεις και user stories με ορισμένα κριτήρια αποδοχής
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις αλληλεπιδράσεις με τα заинтересованные μέρη, διασφαλίζοντας ευθυγράμμιση και έγκαιρη επίλυση εμποδίων
- Ηγείσαι και συντονίζεις τις δοκιμές UAT και regression, διασφαλίζοντας ποιοτική παράδοση και σωστή παρακολούθηση θεμάτων
- Εξασφαλίζεις συνέπεια, ποιότητα και τήρηση προτύπων ανάλυσης σε όλα τα παραδοτέα
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάλυση Επιχειρήσεων και εμπειρία σε Agile Περιβάλλον
- Διαχείριση Stakeholders και οργάνωση προτεραιοτήτων
- Ανάλυση Διαδικασιών και Αναλυτική Σκέψη
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) και Regression Testing με συνεργασία με ομάδες ποιοτικού ελέγχου
- Χρήση εργαλείων Jira, Confluence και Azure DevOps
- Ορισμός Κριτηρίων Αποδοχής και Τεκμηρίωση Απαιτήσεων

Analyze complex processes and customer journeys, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Own the translation of business needs into clear, well-structured requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria
Manage stakeholder interactions end-to-end, ensuring alignment, clarity, and timely resolution of blockers
Lead and coordinate testing activities (UAT/regression), ensuring quality delivery and proper tracking of issues
Ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to analysis standards (e.g. DoR) across all deliverables
🚀 As an ideal fit, you should have
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a software development / Agile environment (2+ years)
Strong analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Solid stakeholder management experience, with the ability to drive alignment across teams
Good understanding of end-to-end digital journeys and dependency management
Hands-on experience supporting testing activities and working closely with QA teams
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with tools such as Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps
