orders and deliveries officer of trucks, busses and machineries

At Kinsen Hellas, a 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸® 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱™ company (June 25-26), we are always looking for passionate people to join our team. You’ll be part of the Fleet Department. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishes and maintains outstanding relations with suppliers.

• Contacts suppliers to confirm delivery details for our customers.

• Prepare all the paperwork for the delivery of new vehicles (Trucks, Busses and Machineries).

• Responsible for the preparation of the vehicles (Trucks, Busses and Machineries).

• Deliver used/new vehicles to suppliers/ stations / customers.

• Update the ERP (vehicle info, delivery date).

• Coordinate the delivery procedure of all the new Trucks, Busses and Machineries.

• Responsible for the Long-Term Vehicle termination (vehicle pick up and inspection, appropriate paperwork, etc.).

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree will be considered as an asset.

• 0 - 2 years’ experience working in a relevant position.

• Computer proficiency, particularly with spreadsheet programs.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Highly responsible & reliable.

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
