Περιγραφή Θέσης

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible to assess existing processes, identify area of improvement, develop solutions and implement changes. You will define and organize all tasks to enhance department productivity while adhering to safety and quality standards. Your role involves optimizing processes, providing alternative solutions, and making recommendations using Lean Manufacturing tools (RCPS, 2W Analysis, etc.). You will oversee the performance of operation filling lines, coordinate tasks to reduce changeovers, define and lead speed increase projects across all filling lines and enhance productivity by addressing issues and identifying actions to improve performance and reduce costs. Process Engineer must collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the solutions align with the department and organization’s overall goals and objectives.


Key Responsibilities

·         Machine Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report machine performance daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly. Take full ownership of the production and performance E2E system to analyze data and address any issues promptly to maintain availability and performance levels.

·         Process Optimization: Design and implement actions to reduce changeover times, increase speed, and improve machine performance, linking improvements to OEE/line metrics and ensuring the filling team meets production time and commitments.

·         New Product Implementation: Coordinate with the New Product Implementation team to ensure new products reach current productivity targets and provide feedback to design if needed.

·         Lead process improvement projects and problem-solving events (Lean Manufacturing methodology to be used) with cross functional departments participation to determine root causes for problems that occur and implement permanent, reliable long-term solutions to resolve these problems.

·         Priority Setting and Issue Prevention: Set correct priorities, identify, and prevent issues affecting smooth operation, and organize the appropriate teams to analyze and resolve production problems.

·         Technical Support: Provide technical support to production teams for troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.

·         Process Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, create SOPs or update accordingly standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process flow diagrams , flowcharts and department reports.

·         Budget Management: Manage the production improvement budget end-to-end, ensuring optimal use and maximum investment return.

·         Support for New Processes: Support the implementation of new processes related to the production department and adhere to company operation methods and task deadlines (GCC).

·         University degree in Engineering or a related field with experience in a manufacturing environment.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement innovative solutions.

·         Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends in process engineering.

·         Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

·         Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

·         Project management skills.
