The Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing financial leadership, guidance, and support to business partners and finance staff:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making for the organization as a Finance Business Partner

• Provide financial analysis and insights to drive business performance and profitability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through data-driven analysis

• Lead the development and implementation of financial strategies to support business objectives

• Provide guidance and direction to finance team members in analyzing financial data and preparing reports

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and analysis initiatives

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks

• Manage the preparation of consolidated financial statements and reports for senior management

• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems

• Participate in strategic decision-making processes by providing financial insights and recommendations

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in finance or related field

• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally

Desired Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Proven stakeholder management experience with strong interpersonal skills

• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools

• In-depth knowledge and experience in financial processes and connections with Finance

• Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights to drive business performance
