The Business Analytics Specialist is responsible for performing regular and ad hoc analysis for sales management, tracking sales force performance, analyzing factors affecting sales performance, and communicating results to field sales and management. You will also assist in training on the effective use of data and participate in developing sales analytics projects:

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and implement data-driven solutions to support business decisions as a Business Analytics Specialist.

·       Analyze complex data sets and provide insights to stakeholders to drive business growth.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

·       Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve data analysis processes.

·       Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

·       Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

·       Lead the development and implementation of sales analytics plans to support sales and marketing management.

·       Supervise and mentor sales analytics staff to develop special projects and address various requirements in sales analytics.

·       Provide insights and analysis related to area market to support sales and marketing management team in constructing sales forecast and budgets.

·       Coordinate and resolve issues in the development and implementation of plans and tools to facilitate and improve sales and marketing functions.

·       Assist in developing and maintaining departmental budget.

·       Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to support sales conferences/meetings.

·       Ensure integrity and Kenvue values leadership in all activities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

·       1-2 years of experience in business analytics or a related field.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.

·       Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.

·       Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

·       Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·       3 to 5 years of business intelligence experience in a sales environment.

·       Structured approach to analysis, comfortable working with large data sets.

·       High level of computer literacy and presentation skills.

·       Advanced knowledge of Excel and Cognos (or similar BI tools).

·       Strong project management skills, able to manage complexity and deliver critical projects.

·       Ability to work in uncertain/ambiguous circumstances with incomplete information.

·       Previous experience in a sales and/or marketing environment (in the CPG industry).
