Τι θα κάνεις
- Καθαρίζεις και τακτοποιείς όλα τα σημεία σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα καθαριότητας και εντός χρονοδιαγράμματος
- Καθαρίζεις δωμάτια, διαδρόμους, λόμπι, κοινόχρηστους χώρους και λοιπούς χώρους εργασίας του ξενοδοχείου
- Δημιουργείς καθημερινές λίστες εργασιών και καταγράφεις τα εξυπηρετούμενα δωμάτια
- Αναφέρεις ελλείψεις, ζημιές ή ζητήματα ασφάλειας
- Συντηρείς τον εξοπλισμό σε καλή κατάσταση
- Γυαλίζεις ασημικά και μεταλλικά αντικείμενα όπως έπιπλα και εξαρτήματα
- Αναπληρώνεις προμήθειες όπως ποτήρια, είδη υγιεινής και γραφική ύλη
- Ελέγχεις τα αποθέματα όλων των αναλωσίμων
- Τηρείς τους κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας και ενεργείς σύμφωνα με τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας
- Παρατηρείς προφυλάξεις για την προστασία περιουσίας ξενοδοχείου και πελατών και αναφέρεις βλάβες ή κλοπές
- Διαχειρίζεσαι παράπονα και αιτήματα πελατών και ενημερώνεις κατά ανάγκη
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Καθαρισμός και τακτοποίηση σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα του ξενοδοχείου
- Γυάλισμα ασημικών και μεταλλικών αντικειμένων
- Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων και αναπλήρωση προμηθειών
- Συμμόρφωση με κανόνες υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Αναφορά ελλείψεων, ζημιών και ζητημάτων ασφάλειας
- Διαχείριση παραπόνων και αιτημάτων πελατών
- Εξυπηρέτηση δωματίων και συντήρηση εξοπλισμού
- Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Job Responsibilities:
Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits.
Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas, so that hotel standards are met.
Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms.
Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues.
Maintain equipment in good condition.
Polish silver accessories and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.
Check stocking levels of all consumables.
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws.
Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property, and report damage, theft, and/or any found items.
Handle reasonable guests’ complaints/requests and inform others when required.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience, ideally within a 5* Luxury Hotel
Flexibility and adaptability
Team spirit
High school diploma is a plus
