Τι θα κάνεις
- Εκτελείς εργασίες στον καθορισμένο σταθμό σύμφωνα με τον Executive Chef και Sous Chef
- Διατηρείς θετική στάση και εργασιακή ηθική σε όλες τις περιοχές του ξενοδοχείου
- Υποστηρίζεις τον Chef de Partie ή Sous Chef στην καθημερινή λειτουργία και εργασία
- Εργάζεσαι σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές μενού του Chef de Partie
- Διατηρείς την εργασία σε υγιεινές συνθήκες σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς του ξενοδοχείου
- Ελέγχεις το απόθεμα τροφίμων και το κόστος στην ενότητα σου
- Προετοιμάζεις την καθημερινή mis-en-place και παραγωγή φαγητού σε διάφορα τμήματα της κουζίνας
- Ακολουθείς τις οδηγίες και προτάσεις των άμεσων προϊσταμένων για ολοκλήρωση καθημερινών εργασιών
- Εξασφαλίζεις τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα και συνεπή ποιότητα στην καθημερινή προετοιμασία
- Ενημερώνεσαι για νέα προϊόντα, συνταγές και τεχνικές προετοιμασίας
- Εκπαιδεύεις και καθοδηγείς υφιστάμενους κατά την παρασκευή φαγητού και συμμετέχεις σε σερβίρισμα σε μπουφέδες και ειδικές εκδηλώσεις
- Συντονίζεις και συμμετέχεις με άλλα τμήματα για απαιτήσεις, καθαριότητα, μείωση αποβλήτων και έλεγχο κόστους
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Σκέψη μπορώ να το κάνω
- Ανάγνωση και εκτέλεση συνταγών
- Γνώση υγιεινής και πρότυπα HACCP
- Έλεγχος αποθεμάτων τροφίμων και έλεγχος ποιότητας
- Ακρίβεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας

Job Responsibilities
Works in the designated station as set by Executive Chef and Sous Chef,
Always possess a Can-Do attitude and work ethic at all Hotel’s areas and acts as an ambassador of Katikies Group,
Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work,
Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie,
Always keep work area in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel,
Control food stock and food cost in his section,
Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites,
Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks,
Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques,
Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up of buffets and special functions,
Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar position,
Previous experience in a 5* Luxury Hotel is desirable,
Ability to read/follow recipes and instructions provided for execution,
Good hygiene knowledge and HACCP Standards,
Ability to work fast and with accuracy,
Give emphasis on precision,
High level of energy and ability to work under pressure,
Advanced organizational and interpersonal skills,
Excellent command of English language.
