- Τηρείς πρότυπα καθαριότητας και υγιεινής στον χώρο εργασίας
- Συμμορφώνεσαι με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφάλειας
- Διατηρείς υψηλά επίπεδα ενέργειας και επιμέλειας
- Επικοινωνείς αποτελεσματικά και χρησιμοποιείς άπταιστα την αγγλική γλώσσα
- Επιδεικνύεις ευελιξία, αξιοπιστία και πνεύμα συνεργασίας
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- δεξιότητες παρασκευής καφέ και γνώση προϊόντων του μπαρ
- εξυπηρέτηση πελατών με έμφαση στην ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών
- διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και χρήση συστημάτων POS (Micros)
- καθαριότητα και πρότυπα υγιεινής σύμφωνα με κανονισμούς υγείας και ασφαλείας
- επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ευχέρεια στην αγγλική γλώσσα
- ευελιξία, αξιοπιστία, πνεύμα συνεργασίας, ενέργεια και επιμέλεια, εστίαση στη λεπτομέρεια

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2-year experience in a similar position in a fine dining restaurant,
Customer service mentality and guest satisfaction driven,
A complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar,
Ability to keep track of stock and submit orders,
Working knowledge of POS systems (ideally Micros),
A love for coffee and excellent coffee-making skills,
Ability to maintain workstation aligned to Hotel’s cleaning & Hygiene standards,
Ability to comply to health and safety regulations,
High levels of energy & diligence,
A keen eye for detail,
Flexibility, reliability & a spirit of cooperation,
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
