Main Duties & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the main point of contact for technical inquiries
Possess a deep understanding of our products and is able to communicate technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers, Product Managers, and Technical Support Engineers to ensure client satisfaction and resolve technical issues
Oversee the implementation of technical solutions, ensuring timely delivery and meeting clients’ expectations
Provide technical support and guidance to clients, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the technical team for resolutions
Gather client feedback on our products and communicate it to the relevant stakeholders for continuous improvement
Create and deliver training sessions for clients, as well as develop comprehensive documentation for our products
Prerequisites
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts
Experience in industrial products / applications would be a plus (PLCs, variable speed drives, sensors, instruments etc)
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving skills with a proactive and positive attitude
