test automation manager/senior manager

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Test Automation Manager/Senior Manager to join our Consulting Services team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test strategies and test plans for software projects.

• Coordinate automated testing initiatives, ensuring full test coverage and efficient execution.

• Lead and mentor a team of testers, instilling best practices in test design, execution, and reporting.

• Ensure test cases are aligned with business requirements and technical specifications.

• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and business analysts to define test environments, tools, and data needs.

• Monitor test execution, track defects, and report on quality metrics to ensure timely releases with minimal risk.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automation.

• Proven ability to design and implement test frameworks from scratch.

• Experience leading QA teams or initiatives across multiple projects.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit/TestNG, etc.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test orchestration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).

• Solid programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and test environment provisioning.
