We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Engineer with deep expertise across the full Microsoft 365 suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering M365 environments, performing migrations from on-premises to cloud, and executing tenant-to-tenant transitions. This role requires hands-on technical proficiency in Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Purview (compliance and data governance).

Key Responsibilities

Design and Deployment

• Plan, design, and implement Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.

• Lead and execute end-to-end migrations from on-premises infrastructure (Exchange, SharePoint, File Servers, AD) to Microsoft 365 cloud.

• Manage tenant-to-tenant migrations, including mail, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint content.

• Configure and Administer Azure Entra Connect.

• Configure and administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, device compliance, and application deployment.

• Design and deliver Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

• Be knowledgeable on M365 Copilot, governance and security best practices.

Administration and Optimization

• Maintain and optimize Microsoft 365 services, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.

• Implement security, compliance, and governance policies using Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention policies, insider risk management, etc.).

• Integrate identity and access management through Azure Active Directory / Entra ID and conditional access policies.

• Automate routine operations using PowerShell and modern management tools.

Support and Collaboration

• Provide expert-level support for M365-related incidents and service requests.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation and adoption of M365 tools.

• Deliver technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user training materials.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in designing, deploying, and administering Microsoft 365 environments.

• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online migrations, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview, data protection, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience in on-premises to cloud and tenant-to-tenant migrations using Microsoft native tools and third-party solutions (e.g., Quest, BitTitan, etc.).

• Strong understanding of Entra ID, PowerShell scripting, and modern authentication (MFA, conditional access).

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Microsoft Certified: M365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent certifications, is considered a plus.

• Experience integrating M365 with Azure services and third-party identity providers, is considered a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Security & Compliance Center, Defender for 365, and Entra ID, is considered a plus.

• Previous experience in enterprise-scale deployments and global environments, is considered a plus.
