Responsibilities

Reporting to a Senior Manager, the appointed candidate will actively be involved with challenging engagements within the following areas:

• Executing internal audit plans and performing risk assessments.

• Identifying areas of improvement, performing root cause analysis, documenting findings, and developing effective corrective action plans.

• Following up on the implementation of corrective actions.

• Preparing internal audit reports, presenting and communicating findings and recommendations.

• Continuously seeking improvements to enhance service delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business or related field.

• A Master’s degree and/or professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CICA (fully or partially completed), and/or willingness to pursue them will be considered a strong asset.

• 3-7 years of solid working experience in Internal Audit, Compliance or Corporate Governance.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn, providing quality professional work.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to apply sound reasoning when delivering services to clients.

• Strong attention to detail, ability to be part of expert teams and manage multiple priorities.

• Willingness and availability to travel within Greece and abroad.
