As part of our strategy, KPMG in Greece proudly announces the opportunity to become a key member of our Deal Advisory Team. Due to continued and rapid growth of operations, we are seeking to recruit an Senior Associate/Assistant Manager within Deal Advisory, Valuation/ Financial Modeling Services.


Responsibilities

  • Participate in challenging projects as part of a cross-functional team and execute day to day activities efficiently.

  • Actively involved in market leading and high-profile engagements from initial planning to closing.

  • Prepare and present demanding and complex deliverables.

  • Work alongside with multi-disciplinary team members on an effective and timely manner.

  • Cooperate with various departments and participate in several projects where data analysis, modeling and/or reporting is required.

  • Take part in business development initiatives by supporting the mapping of potential opportunities/ new target clients as well as the pitching process.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong academic background (BSc and MSc) in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • ACCA/ACA/CFA qualification or comparable equivalent would be considered as a plus.

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in Financial Modelling/Valuation fields of a professional services/investment banking environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/ PowerPoint and other data analysis/ visualization applications.

  • Excellent knowledge of preparing financial and valuation models & implementation of core valuation techniques (DCF method, Comparable Multiples/Transactions methods).

  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude and ability to develop innovative ideas.

  • Excellent business writing/oral communication and presentation skills, both in Greek and English.

  • Strong research and data analytics capabilities.

  • Pay attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, career orientation, ability to work in teams.

  • Flexibility, willingness to learn, commitment to deliver high results.
