manager, turnaround & restructuring services

As a Turnaround and Restructuring Manager, you will be part of a team dedicated to their craft in bringing practical solutions to our clients and their stakeholders, with hands-on involvement in the implementation of turnaround and restructuring plans.

Responsibilities

• Undertake company and market analysis including the development of integrated and purpose built financial models where necessary.

• Perform analysis on the historical and current financial performance to determine the viability of the business and identify immediate remedies.

• Assess cash flow forecast assumptions and provide recommendations on optimising the cash flows and available options;

• Review and challenge financial analyses/ models as well as make recommendations for improving the company's performance and liquidity, credit availability and creditor return.

• Lead the execution and delivery of day-to-day activities on challenging and demanding engagements.

Candidate Profile

• University Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Turnaround & Restructuring engagements.

• Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills.

• Clear understanding of key restructuring and accounting principles including statutory requirements.

• Proven analytical skills and a history of systematic problem solving and a willingness to bring innovative solutions to restructuring and turnaround problems.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Ability to lead teams across multiple disciplines and jurisdictions.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy pressure.

• Ability to manage multiple short- and long-term engagements end to end
