We're hiring a Customer Technology Manager to lead a team of consultants and drive the delivery of transformative customer experience programs. In this role, you'll own projects end-to-end — from scoping and resourcing through to go-live — while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, guiding your team through complex implementations across CRM, CDP, and marketing automation platforms. If you thrive on developing people, growing accounts, and delivering measurable client impact, this is your role.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance on career development, performance management, and skill-building.

  • Own end-to-end delivery of customer technology projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Facilitate and lead workshops with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to gather insights, co-create solutions, and drive alignment.

  • Design and deliver technical solutions by translating business requirements into actionable configurations, leveraging platform capabilities to create personalized, seamless customer experiences.

  • Oversee documentation of analysis artifacts, process flows, and user journeys to enable end-to-end delivery.

  • Act as a trusted client advisor, aligning cross-functional teams (data, technology, marketing) and communicating clearly across all touchpoints.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives, and drive account growth through identifying new opportunities.

  • Lead pre-sales efforts, including proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, or customer experience programs, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management role.

  • Proven experience delivering projects on Customer Technology platforms such as CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365), CDP (Adobe,), or marketing automation tools ( Marketo, HubSpot).

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing project delivery in Agile environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

  • Strong passion for AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical applications for client challenges.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise platforms, data flows, and system integrations.
