Due to continuous growth of operations, we are seeking to recruit an Executive Search & Selection - Senior Advisor to join our dynamic Consulting service line.

Our Executive Search & Selection Team supports our clients in identifying, evaluating, and integrating the most suitable executives and talented professionals who will help achieve their business objectives and create added value.

Main role / Responsibilities

We welcome talented professionals who wish to expand their career by exploring the exciting world of Executive Recruitment. If you wish to join the team, you will be:

• Preparing the job description and the candidate profile with the required and desirable qualifications, professional skills, and personal characteristics to use as a roadmap during the search process, based on the information gathered from the client.
• Identifying potential candidates using both internal and external sources.
• Conducting the interviews, making sure that all required information has been collected in order to evaluate potential candidates based on the project needs.
• Preparing the evaluation reports for the short-listed candidates.
• Developing and maintaining effective relations with candidates.
• Μanaging personal workload, so as to ensure that work is completed within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Participating in client meetings and becoming familiar with their business and operations.
• Being a part of a diverse portfolio of demanding consulting projects in the domain of Talent Acquisition (related surveys, employer branding, market mappings etc.).
• Continuously seeking for ways to discover and meet talent wherever they may be.

Candidate Profile

Do you find the above attractive & challenging? We would like to speak to you if you also have:

• University Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or Psychology. A Master’s degree or MBA is mandatory.
• Excellent career track record with 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in multinational organization or other consulting firm.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills, particularly experience with MS Office.
• Business acumen and genuine interest and knowledge of the overall business environment.
• Ability to multitask and deal with time constraints while effectively managing project deadlines.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Tenacity and flexibility.
