Assistant Store Manager - Korinthos
Job Description:
We are looking for a result driven retail Assistant Store Manager to assist in the store’s management. The successful candidate will be able to provide assistant to the store manager to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
Core Responsibilities
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain outstanding store condition.
• Report on buying trends, customer needs, etc.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals to assess training needs.
