- Αρχειοθετείς και οργανώνεις φακέλους προσωπικού.
- Προετοιμάζεις έγγραφα για νεοπροσληφθέντες.
- Εκδίδεις βεβαιώσεις εργασίας και αποδοχών.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι καθημερινά την ωρομέτρηση και τις βάρδιες.
- Ελέγχεις την ορθή καταγραφή της ψηφιακής κάρτας εισόδου και εξόδου.
- Καταχωρίζεις αλλαγές και διορθώσεις.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι έντυπα στο ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
- Καταχωρίζεις προσλήψεις, αποχωρήσεις, άδειες και υπερωρίες.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- MS Office
- Διαχείριση αρχείων προσωπικού και προετοιμασία εγγράφων νεοπροσληφθέντων
- Έκδοση βεβαιώσεων και διοικητικές διαδικασίες
- Διαχείριση ωρομέτρησης, βαρδιών και ψηφιακής κάρτας εργασίας
- ΕΡΓΑΝΗ: καταχώριση προσλήψεων και αποχωρήσεων, αδειών και υπερωριών
- Καταχώριση αλλαγών και διορθώσεων
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίοκατά προτίμηση
