- Γνώση MS Office

- Διαχείριση ψηφιακών συστημάτων παρουσιών
- Χρήση Labor Management Software (ERGANI)
- Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οικονομικά / Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικούκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Η Food Plus A.E., επίσημος franchisee της Yum! Brands Inc. στην Ελλάδα για τα KFC και Taco Bell, αναζητά φοιτητή/φοιτήτρια για την ενίσχυση της ομάδας Μισθοδοσίας στο πλαίσιο πρακτικής άσκησης. Αν επιθυμείς να αποκτήσεις εμπειρία σε ένα σύγχρονο, δυναμικό και ανθρωποκεντρικό περιβάλλον, η ομάδα μας σε περιμένει!
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
• Υποστηρικτικές διοικητικές διαδικασίες όπως:
o Αρχειοθέτηση και οργάνωση φακέλων προσωπικού.
o Προετοιμασία εγγράφων για νεοπροσληφθέντες.
o Έκδοση βεβαιώσεων (π.χ. εργασίας, αποδοχών).
• Καθημερινή διαχείριση ωρομέτρησης και βαρδιών:
o Έλεγχος ορθής καταγραφής της ψηφιακής κάρτας εισόδου/εξόδου των εργαζομένων.
o Υποστήριξη στην καταχώριση αλλαγών και διορθώσεων.
• Υποστήριξη στη διαχείριση εντύπων στο ΕΡΓΑΝΗ, περιλαμβάνοντας:
o Καταχώριση προσλήψεων, αποχωρήσεων, αδειών και υπερωριών.
Απαιτήσεις
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
• Φοιτητής / Φοιτήτρια ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ σε τομείς όπως ενδεικτικά Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων.
Οικονομικά, HR ή συναφή πεδία.
• Δυνατότητα πρακτικής άσκησης μέσω ΕΣΠΑ ή Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος.
• Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office.
• Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και οργανωτικότητα.
• Έμφαση στη λεπτομέρεια.
