About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and motivated professional to join our team as a Supply Chain Systems Associate. The ideal candidate will support the efficient operation of our Distribution Center and Supply Chain Systems, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the central Distribution Center, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet required standards.
Maintain clear communication with the Warehouse Supervisor to guarantee timely completion of tasks.
Provide first-level support for the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and troubleshoot any issues.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist in achieving operational targets.
Propose and implement solutions for the optimal operation of systems, aiming to improve service efficiency for both internal stakeholders and end customers.
Actively participate and provide support in ongoing projects and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems (Familiarity with SAP is a plus)
Excellent command of MS Office applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek
Results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
Interpersonal, coordination, and collaboration abilities
Experience in a similar role will be considered as an asset
