Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 0+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Γνώση SAP και PIM
- Δεξιότητες στην ψηφιοποίηση δεδομένων και ETIM Classification
- Ικανότητα χρήσης MS Office για reporting και ανάλυση
- Ικανότητες εποπτείας διαδικασιών και monitoring
- Επικοινωνία, οργάνωση και ομαδική συνεργασία
- Ικανότητα τήρησης διαδικασιών και επίλυσης προβλημάτων
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικόςκατά προτίμηση

Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα αναλάβει τη διαχείριση και ψηφιοποίηση δεδομένων στο SAP, καθώς και τη συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα για την ομαλή λειτουργία και αποδοτικότητα των διαδικασιών της εφοδιαστικής αλυσίδας.
Κύριες Aρμοδιότητες:
Εισαγωγή & Συντήρηση κωδικών προϊόντων στο SAP
Ψηφιοποίηση δεδομένων μέσω PIM (Master & Logistics Data, φωτογραφίες κλπ)
Εμπλουτισμός τεχνικών χαρακτηριστικών (ETIM Classification)
Έλεγχος διαδικασιών και συστημάτων για την ορθή λειτουργία τους (Monitoring)
Προτάσεις & λύσεις για την βέλτιστη λειτουργία των συστημάτων, με σκοπό την ταχύτερη εξυπηρέτηση του «εσωτερικού» αλλά και του τελικού πελάτη
Reporting για την αποτελεσματικότητα και την αξιολόγηση των εργασιών του τμήματος
Ανάγνωση και ανάλυση δεικτών
Επικοινωνία & συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρείας και τους προμηθευτές.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Καλή γνώση MS Office
Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας, οργάνωσης και ομαδικής συνεργασίας
Αυτοπαρακίνηση και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα
Ικανότητα τήρησης διαδικασιών και υποβολής προτάσεων βελτίωσης.
Επιπλέον Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο Ηλεκτρολογίας ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
Εμπειρία ή γνώση SAP
0-3 χρόνια προϋπηρεσίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
