- Τεχνολογίες βιομηχανικού αυτοματισμού και τεχνική εξειδίκευση σε PLC, HMI και SCADA
- Ηγετικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας
- Ικανότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείριση έργων
- Εμπειρία με Schneider PLCs
- Μηχανολογία Αυτοματισμών / Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο

KAFKAS SA, the leader in electrical equipment distribution is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial Automation Senior Engineer to join our rapidly growing engineering team. As the Industrial Automation Senior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development of the industrial automation market. Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise in PLCs, HMI and SCADA systems
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Account Managers and Technical Support Engineers to provide the optimal automation solutions for our customers
Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies
Develop and conduct training programs for operators and maintenance staff on the proper use and maintenance of automation systems
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Automation or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in industrial automation (+4 years)
In-depth knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI interfaces, and other automation technologies
Experience with Schneider PLCs would be a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
Strong problem-solving skills
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously would be a plus
