About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented IT Business Applications Engineer to join our IT Business Solutions team.
The role focuses on the support, evolution, and continuous improvement of the company’s business applications ecosystem, including CRM platforms, enterprise integrations, and other core corporate systems.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong IT background who combines technical understanding with business analysis skills, and who is comfortable coordinating external partners, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, and ensuring smooth interoperability between systems.
You will report directly to the IT Business Solution Manager and work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, infrastructure teams, and external implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Support, maintain, and continuously improve corporate business applications and related IT solutions.
Analyze business requests and translate operational needs into functional and technical requirements
Coordinate and manage external vendors and implementation partners during solution delivery, enhancements, support activities, and issue resolution
Participate in the design, specification, and validation of integrations between enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, WMS, BI, customer platforms, third-party services, etc.)
Review and validate API specifications, interface agreements, data exchange requirements, and technical solution proposals
Collaborate with business teams to evaluate new requirements, assess feasibility, and propose scalable and maintainable solutions
Act as a key IT point of reference for application connectivity, interoperability, integrations, and technical solution feasibility
Work closely with infrastructure and security teams to ensure that solutions comply with company standards and technical constraints
Participate in testing activities, change management, deployment coordination, and production support
Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across the applications landscape
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in IT business applications, enterprise systems support, solution delivery or a related role
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or a related field
Strong IT background with experience in business applications and enterprise systems support
Proven involvement in business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design
Experience participating in IT projects, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
Good understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, interfaces, and data exchange processes
Experience coordinating external vendors and implementation partners
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Structured problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, will be considered a strong advantage
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem technologies, Azure integrations, or Power Platform will be considered a plus
