Τι θα κάνεις
- Εποπτεύεις την καθημερινή λειτουργία της διανομής και την εκτέλεση των δρομολογίων.
- Διασφαλίζεις την παράδοση παραγγελιών σύμφωνα με τα συμφωνημένα Service levels και τα χρονικά παράθυρα.
- Συντονίζεις τους δρομολογητές για τον σωστό σχεδιασμό και την αποτελεσματική εκτέλεση των δρομολογίων.
- Αξιοποιείς βέλτιστα τον ιδιόκτητο στόλο και συντονίζεις τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες στις παραδόσεις.
- Παρακολουθείς την απόδοση της διανομής μέσω KPIs.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι λειτουργικά ζητήματα, καθυστερήσεις και αλλαγές στα δρομολόγια, συντονίζοντας την επίλυσή τους.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με αποθήκη, customer service και εμπορικά τμήματα για την ομαλή ροή των παραγγελιών.
- Αναλύεις δεδομένα και προτείνεις βελτιώσεις για τη λειτουργία διανομής και το κόστος μεταφοράς.
- Αξιολογείς εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και συμμετέχεις σε έργα ανασχεδιασμού του δικτύου διανομής.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 3+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Εποπτεία λειτουργίας διανομής και συντονισμός δρομολογίων με προγράμματα δρομολόγησης.
- Διοίκηση ομάδας και διαχείριση στόλου.
- Διαχείριση εξωτερικών συνεργατών και Service levels.
- KPIs και ανάλυση δεδομένων για βελτιστοποίηση λειτουργίας.
- ERP / TMS συστήματα, SAP, WorkForce TELENAVIS και MS Office.
- Διαχείριση λειτουργικών ζητημάτων και πολλαπλών προτεραιοτήτων.
- Λογιστική Διαχείριση / Διαχείριση Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας / Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων / Οποιοδήποτε Πεδίο
