Τι θα κάνεις
- Πραγματοποιείς αρχικό οπτικό έλεγχο, ελέγχεις υλικά και σημάνσεις και προετοιμάζεις τον πίνακα για δοκιμή.
- Ελέγχεις τον πίνακα βάσει τεχνικών προδιαγραφών και ηλεκτρολογικών σχεδίων και layouts.
- Ελέγχεις τη λειτουργία του πίνακα υπό τάση και εν κενώ φορτίο.
- Πραγματοποιείς μικρές διορθώσεις ή επιστρέφεις τον πίνακα στη γραμμή παραγωγής για μεγαλύτερες τροποποιήσεις.
- Ενημερώνεις το αρχείο Quality Control και παρέχεις feedback για τα ευρήματα.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με ασκούμενους και τεχνίτες παραγωγής.
- Αρχειοθετείς το πιστοποιητικό ελέγχου και το προωθείς στον Project Engineer.
- Συμπληρώνεις έντυπα μη συμμορφούμενων υλικών και προωθείς τα υλικά στον Warehouse Officer.
- Καταχωρείς φωτογραφίες των κατασκευασμένων πινάκων στους φακέλους των έργων.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- 2+ χρόνια εμπειρίας
- Ανάγνωση πολύπλοκων ηλεκτρολογικών σχεδίων και σχεδίων αυτοματισμών
- Χρήση μετρητικών οργάνων και διατάξεων και μεθοδολογία αποσφαλμάτωσης
- Έλεγχος υλικών και σημάνσεων
- Έλεγχος υπό τάση και εν κενώ φορτίο
- Τεχνικές προδιαγραφές και ηλεκτρολογικά layouts
- Τεκμηρίωση και αρχειοθέτηση ελέγχων, διαχείριση μη συμμορφούμενων υλικών
- DOC, CAT, Rapsody, Ecodial και XL Pro 3
- Ηλεκτρολόγος Μηχανικός
