Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τη διαχείριση τιμολογίων, πληρωμών και δαπανών προμηθευτών, τη συμφωνία λογαριασμών και την ενημέρωση των ηλεκτρονικών βιβλίων MYDATA.
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
Επεξεργασία, καταχώριση και συμφωνία τιμολογίων προμηθευτών
Διαχείριση και κατανομή πληρωμών προμηθευτών σύμφωνα με τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες
Διαχείριση και καταχώριση δαπανών εισαγωγών, εκτελωνιστικών εξόδων και κοστολόγηση
Συμμετοχή στη διαδικασία συμφωνίας λογαριασμών και προετοιμασία αναφορών
Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικών βιβλίων MYDATA για συναλλαγές προμηθευτών
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ / ΑΤΕΙ Λογιστικής/Οικονομικής Κατεύθυνσης
Σχετική εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε τμήμα Accounts Payable ή συναφή θέση θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσον.
Καλή γνώση αγγλικών (γραπτά και προφορικά)
Άριστη γνώση Microsoft Office
Ικανότητα τήρησης προθεσμιών
Επιθυμητή γνώση SAP
