buildings and utilities supervisor

The mission of the Buildings & Utilities (B&U) Supervisor is to oversee projects and ensure full compliance with ISO standards. This role focuses on effective project management, facilities maintenance, and adherence to regulatory requirements to support operational excellence and sustainability.

Position:  

• Supervise and manage all B&U projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Ensure all projects comply with ISO standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage and mentor a team of technicians and support staff.
• Prepare and present reports on project status and performance.
• Support, comply and ensure complicity with Health & Safety regulations, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other Company policies and procedures.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leading role within the industry.
• Working experience in Tobacco industry will be considered an asset.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and regulations.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience of Excel, SAP and AutoCad
