- Εξυπηρετείς γρήγορα τους πελάτες, επιλέγοντας το κατάλληλο απόθεμα ή προτείνοντας εναλλακτικές.
- Εκτελείς online παραγγελίες με γρήγορη και ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση.
- Τηρείς και ενημερώνεις τις διαδικασίες αποθήκης για την ακρίβεια των αποθεμάτων.
- Τηρείς τις διαδικασίες ασφαλείας για την προστασία του αποθέματος.
- Διατηρείς το απόθεμα καθαρό και ευπαρουσίαστο.
- Αναπληρώνεις το απόθεμα, εξασφαλίζοντας διαθέσιμα μεγέθη στο κατάστημα.
- Διατηρείς τις παρουσιάσεις προϊόντων ενημερωμένες και με σωστή τιμολόγηση.
- Συμμορφώνεσαι με τους κανόνες, τους κανονισμούς και τις πολιτικές της εταιρείας.
- Συμβάλλεις στην καθαριότητα και την τάξη των χώρων αποθέματος και προσωπικού.
- Παραλαμβάνεις και ξεφορτώνεις παραδόσεις, μετακινώντας ή τακτοποιώντας το απόθεμα όπου χρειάζεται.
- Υποστηρίζεις άλλα τμήματα και αναλαμβάνεις πρόσθετα καθήκοντα όταν απαιτείται.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Οργάνωση και διαχείριση αποθέματος, παραλαβή και εκτέλεση παραγγελιών
- Αναπλήρωση αποθέματος και παρουσίαση προϊόντων
- Λειτουργία καταστήματος λιανικής και Visual merchandising
- Επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
- Διαχείριση χρόνου και καθαριότητα και τάξη
- Διαδικασίες ασφαλείας και συμμόρφωση με πολιτικές
