- Υποδέχεσαι όλους τους πελάτες με ζεστό, ειλικρινή και φιλικό τρόπο.
- Παρέχεις την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση σε κάθε επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα.
- Επιτυγχάνεις και, όπου είναι δυνατόν, ξεπερνάς τους στόχους πωλήσεων.
- Προτείνεις εναλλακτικά και πρόσθετα προϊόντα σε κάθε ευκαιρία.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διατήρηση των προτύπων στον χώρο πωλήσεων, στις προθήκες και στα εμπορεύματα.
- Διατηρείς το απόθεμα καθαρό και ευπαρουσίαστο.
- Αναπληρώνεις το απόθεμα όταν χρειάζεται, εξασφαλίζοντας την πλήρη γκάμα μεγεθών στον χώρο πωλήσεων όπου είναι δυνατόν.
- Αναλαμβάνεις καθήκοντα άλλων μελών της ομάδας ή εργάζεσαι σε διαφορετικά τμήματα όταν απαιτείται.
- Εκπροσωπείς την εταιρεία με επαγγελματισμό σε κάθε περίσταση.
