- Υποδέχεσαι κάθε πελάτη με ζεστό, αυθεντικό και φιλικό τρόπο.
- Παρέχεις την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση σε κάθε επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα.
- Αυξάνεις τις πωλήσεις, επιτυγχάνοντας και, όπου είναι δυνατόν, ξεπερνώντας τους στόχους.
- Προτείνεις εναλλακτικά προϊόντα και πραγματοποιείς πρόσθετες πωλήσεις όπου υπάρχει ευκαιρία.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διατήρηση των προτύπων στον χώρο πωλήσεων, στις βιτρίνες και στα εμπορεύματα.
- Διατηρείς το απόθεμα καθαρό και ευπαρουσίαστο.
- Αναπληρώνεις το απόθεμα όταν χρειάζεται, διασφαλίζοντας τη διαθεσιμότητα όλων των μεγεθών στον χώρο πωλήσεων όπου είναι δυνατόν.
- Αναπληρώνεις άλλα μέλη του προσωπικού, εργάζεσαι σε διαφορετικά τμήματα και εκτελείς πρόσθετα καθήκοντα όταν απαιτείται.
- Εκπροσωπείς την εταιρεία με επαγγελματισμό ανά πάσα στιγμή.

- Πωλήσεις και πρόσθετες πωλήσεις
- Visual merchandising και αναπλήρωση αποθέματος
