- Υποδέχεσαι όλους τους πελάτες με ζεστό, αυθεντικό και φιλικό τρόπο.
- Παρέχεις την καλύτερη δυνατή εξυπηρέτηση κάθε φορά που οι πελάτες επισκέπτονται το κατάστημα.
- Επιτυγχάνεις και, όπου είναι δυνατόν, ξεπερνάς τους στόχους πωλήσεων.
- Προτείνεις εναλλακτικές επιλογές και πραγματοποιείς πρόσθετες πωλήσεις.
- Συμβάλλεις στη διατήρηση των προτύπων στον χώρο πώλησης, στις προθήκες και στα εμπορεύματα.
- Διατηρείς το απόθεμα καθαρό και ευπαρουσίαστο.
- Αναπληρώνεις τα αποθέματα όταν χρειάζεται, διασφαλίζοντας την παρουσία όλων των μεγεθών στον χώρο πώλησης όπου είναι δυνατόν.
- Αναλαμβάνεις καθήκοντα άλλων εργαζομένων, εργάζεσαι σε διαφορετικά τμήματα και εκτελείς άλλα απαιτούμενα καθήκοντα.
- Εκπροσωπείς την εταιρεία με τον πιο επαγγελματικό τρόπο.
