- Διατηρείς εξαιρετική εμπειρία εξυπηρέτησης και υψηλή ικανοποίηση πελατών στο κατάστημα.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι ερωτήματα και παράπονα, επιλύοντας ζητήματα και αιτήματα πελατών.
- Αναπτύσσεις σχέσεις με πελάτες και υλοποιείς πρωτοβουλίες clienteling για την ενίσχυση της πιστότητας.
- Εκπαιδεύεις, καθοδηγείς, κινητοποιείς και υποστηρίζεις την ομάδα, παρέχοντας εποικοδομητική ανατροφοδότηση.
- Διασφαλίζεις την ολοκλήρωση της απαιτούμενης εκπαίδευσης και τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα του καταστήματος.
- Διασφαλίζεις ασφαλές και υγιεινό περιβάλλον εργασίας σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς.
- Ενημερώνεις την ομάδα για προϊόντα, πολιτικές και διαδικασίες.
- Προσελκύεις και προσλαμβάνεις ταλέντα μέσω δικτύωσης και αναζήτησης υποψηφίων.
- Διαχειρίζεσαι τις καθημερινές λειτουργίες του καταστήματος και τηρείς πολιτικές και διαδικασίες.
- Παρακολουθείς την παραγωγικότητα και επιτυγχάνεις ή υπερβαίνεις τα στοχευμένα KPI.
- Αναλύεις αναφορές για τη λήψη βασικών αποφάσεων πωλήσεων.
- Υλοποιείς στρατηγικές προγραμματισμού προσωπικού και πόρων για τη βελτιστοποίηση των βαρδιών.
- Συνεργάζεσαι με Marketing, VM και Commercial για την ενίσχυση της διατήρησης πελατών.
- Αξιοποιείς τεχνικές visual merchandising για την προσέλκυση και παρακίνηση πελατών.
- Διασφαλίζεις τη σωστή προβολή και τοποθέτηση νέων και διαφημιζόμενων προϊόντων.
- Ενημερώνεις mannequins, displays και βιτρίνες σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες Visual Merchandising.
