Τι θα κάνεις
- Ελέγχεις καθημερινά τις γραμμές παραγωγής και τη συσκευασία των προϊόντων.
- Ελέγχεις και προσδιορίζεις τη σκληρότητα και την περιεκτικότητα σε χλώριο του νερού.
- Ελέγχεις καθημερινά την ορθή λειτουργία των ανιχνευτών μετάλλων και των συστημάτων X-Ray.
- Διενεργείς ποιοτικούς ελέγχους σε ημιέτοιμα και τελικά προϊόντα σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές.
- Ελέγχεις και παραλαμβάνεις πρώτες ύλες σύμφωνα με τις καθορισμένες προδιαγραφές και διαδικασίες.
- Συμπληρώνεις έντυπα και καταχωρείς αποτελέσματα στα αρχεία του συστήματος.
- Ελέγχεις την τήρηση των διαδικασιών και των κανόνων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
- Παρακολουθείς και καταγράφεις τα αποτελέσματα των ποιοτικών ελέγχων και ενημερώνεις άμεσα για αποκλίσεις.
Βασικές προϋποθέσεις
- Ποιοτικός έλεγχος τροφίμων και παραγωγικών διαδικασιών.
- Έλεγχος πρώτων υλών, ημιέτοιμων και τελικών προϊόντων.
- Κανόνες υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων.
- Έλεγχος ανιχνευτών μετάλλων και συστημάτων X-Ray.
- Έλεγχος νερού.
- Καταγραφή αποτελεσμάτων, συμπλήρωση εντύπων και καταχώρηση δεδομένων· πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ και Αγγλικά.

We are one of the key players in the production of frozen food in the Greek market. We are a vertically organised production company with a leading position within the food service sector & PL.
Both our head-office and production are located in the city of Thessaloniki. Our production unit covers an excess of 5.000 sq. meters within a plot of 25.000 sq. meters land.
We also running two branches, the first is in Athens since 2002 and the second in the island of Crete since 2006. These two branches fully cover (sales, warehousing, logistics) our customers network in the capital area and in the south region.
Our exports to Europe, Australia, US & UAE are growing significantly over the last few years and its an area of our business that strategically is positioned as one of our key priorities.
